We are delighted to announce the launch of our latest venture, Veracity Arts, an art representation and curation service headed up by Dr Vera Dearman. Focusing on representing artists in London and Moscow with promotion between the two centres as well as across Europe, Veracity Arts provides a range of curation services to enable artists, galleries, independent curators and corporate buyers to source and exhibit art.

This Victorian warehouse in the heart of Shoreditch was occupied between 1875 and 2003 by Nicholls and Clarke Company, the glass, lead and colour merchants who later expanded into ceramic tiles, natural stone, adhesives and bathroom in 1995. In 2003 Nicholls and Clarke finally left its home of 120 years in Shoreditch High Street and moved to a purpose built 6 acre site in Chadwell Heath.
This amazing site, which oozes character
and history boasts 3 buildings and a fenced courtyard with 24 hour security. You may recognise it from film and TV as it is frequently used as a location and backdrop having featured in 28 Weeks
Later and Dragons Den. Situated between the City and Shoreditch, on the edge of the creative and financial sectors, this
unique site has much to offer the more creative event organiser.
It provides a unique and memorable setting for art exhibitions, product expos & launches, car launches indeed almost any creative event.
SPACE-2 handles all event or temporary project enquiries for the Nicholls & Clarke Buildings but if you would like to film in this location, please look at the City of London Film Office website or email the film office.
